Our aim is to display the best produce from the Northern Rivers and surrounds through distinct food experiences held in the comfort of your own home, holiday accommodation or other special location.

Teaming up with local suppliers such as agroforestry groups, we obtain permaculture organic and biodynamic ingredients. We only use sustainably sourced seafood such as line caught fresh local fish. We source other products from local markets and our own garden where we use sustainable practices like composting and soil regeneration.

We use classical and modern culinary techniques to turn the best seasonal produce into delicious food that looks as good as it tastes.

We’ll collaborate with you to create an unforgettable event addressing any food or beverage preferences, desired themes, particular ingredients, including dish and menu design.

What we do

ANDREW MACDONALD

Andrew is a seasoned veteran of the kitchen and the hospitality industry. Having undergone travels overseas, working his way through a number of renowned Michelin starred kitchens before returning home to Australia to open and run several different hospitality venues and groups throughout Melbourne and now the Northern Rivers.

His experience allows him to produce an extensive range of different culinary experiences for those whom are lucky enough to taste his food. When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find him in the yard working on his green thumb.

sam Bartlett Roylance

With twelve years in the hospitality industry and being nominated for Young Chef of The Year 2022, Sam currently resides in a two hat restaurant refining his skills. Sam has crafted a love for food that contains layers of flavour; touched by flame, fermented and fresh. Don’t expect to ask for salt.
